Common Questions
In an outstaffing model, the engineer works directly within your team — attending your standups, using your tools, following your processes. You maintain full management control. In a traditional agency engagement, we own delivery end-to-end. Outstaffing is ideal when you want to augment your existing team with specific skills rather than outsource a project.
You do. Your outstaffed engineer reports to your team lead or product manager, not to us. We remain available as a backstop for HR, compliance, and technical escalations, but day-to-day direction is entirely in your hands.
We offer a 2-week satisfaction guarantee. If you're not satisfied with the engineer's performance or fit in the first 14 days, we'll replace them at no additional cost. After that period, replacements can be made with 30 days notice.
We have engineers available across all major time zones: Americas (EST/PST), Europe (CET/GMT), and Asia-Pacific (IST/SGT/AEST). We match candidates based on your preferred overlap window.
The monthly rate is fully inclusive: the engineer's compensation, all employment taxes, benefits, equipment, and our service and vetting fee. There are no hidden costs. You pay a single flat monthly invoice.
Yes. We offer a conversion fee of 15% of the engineer's annual compensation if you choose to hire them directly. This is significantly lower than typical recruitment agency fees (typically 20–25%).
